Fabricate and characterize transistors using exploratory channel materials within a cleanroom environment. Collaborate with multifunctional teams and university partners to convert innovative research into patents and publications.
Candidates must be pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering with a solid background in transistor research. Hands-on experience in fabrication and a strong publication record are preferred.
Overview of Role

Pay Transparency Statement
At the time of this posting, this role typically pays an hourly rate between $42.00 and $48.00 per hour. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires.
