The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing work orders, performing minor repairs in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, and managing apartment turnovers. They must ensure a high standard of cleanliness and maintain a hazard-free environment for residents.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and basic knowledge of building maintenance. A minimum of one year of skilled maintenance experience and technical training in building trades are preferred.

The successful Maintenance Technician will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard-free environment.
This is an on-site position.
Pay: $22 hour, dependent on experience.
