The Senior HR Specialist manages HR service delivery and operational processes within a regional hub to support global HR strategy. The role involves overseeing the employee lifecycle, managing complex employee relations, and mentoring junior HR team members.
Requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of HR experience focusing on operations and complex employee relations. Candidates must be fluent in the local language and proficient in business English with strong HRIS and reporting skills.
