The Commercial Property Manager will assist with the leasing and day-to-day coordination of commercial properties, including responding to inquiries and showing spaces to prospective tenants. They will also serve as a primary point of contact for existing tenants and coordinate property-related needs with the internal leadership and construction teams.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in real estate, property management, or a related field and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills. A bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Mark IV Enterprises is looking for a motivated, personable, and detail-oriented Commercial Property Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in real estate or commercial property management who wants to develop hands-on experience in leasing, tenant relations, and property operations.
In this role, you will work closely with our Chief Operating Officer, Director of Commercial Maintenance, General Counsel, construction team, and other members of the leadership team. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the commercial leasing process from experienced professionals while taking an active role in working with prospective tenants, brokers, and existing tenants.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable in a sales-oriented environment, and is eager to learn and grow within the commercial real estate industry.
This is more than an administrative role. It’s an opportunity to build a career in commercial real estate while working alongside experienced professionals and gaining exposure to leasing, property operations, construction, finance, and legal aspects of commercial real estate.
