The Scrum Master will enable high-performing Agile delivery within the Analytics Incubator by facilitating key ceremonies and implementing Agile 6.0 principles. The role focuses on improving team velocity, engineering productivity, and integrating AI-enabled software development practices.
Candidates must have over 7 years of Scrum Master experience supporting software development and hold a Certified Scrum Master or equivalent certification. Experience with SaaS products, globally distributed teams, and Agile transformations is required.
The Scrum Master is responsible for enabling high-performing Agile delivery across Qualitrol's Analytics Incubator. Working closely with the Product Owner, Product Engineers, Data Science team and Customer Success organization, this individual ensures the incubator delivers customer value through disciplined Agile execution, continuous improvement and AI-enabled software development practices.
Unlike a traditional Scrum Master focused primarily on ceremonies, this role is expected to become an execution catalyst who continuously improves team velocity, engineering productivity and organizational agility while fostering a startup culture of ownership, transparency and rapid learning.
Facilitate:
Ensure Agile practices remain outcome-focused rather than process-driven.
Champion Agile 6.0 principles by promoting:
Help the incubator continuously mature its Agile capabilities.
Partner with Product Owner and Engineering leadership to:
Develop dashboards measuring:
Use data to drive continuous improvement.
Promote AI-assisted Agile practices including:
Support adoption of specification-driven, AI-assisted engineering practices across the incubator.

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 83400.00-155000.00
