The Account Executive manages relationships with healthcare customers to identify growth opportunities and ensure client satisfaction. Key duties include consulting with clients to develop success criteria, promoting MacDonald-Miller services, and maintaining updated CRM records.
Candidates need a college degree or 5+ years of relevant experience, with a strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems in medical environments. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office is required, along with a collaborative and self-motivated attitude.

Account Executive: This is where you come in.
We’re looking for an Account Executive to meet with identified Healthcare customers on an assigned cadence to review, enhance and/or identify opportunities. You will act as a point of contact with existing customers to answer queries, increase client satisfaction and address clients’ needs while providing education on the services we offer.

Compensation:
Base salary of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, plus commissions and vehicle compensation. Eligible for ramp-up and performance bonuses.
