The Quality Program Manager oversees the 3rd Party Quality Agent program to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery of global data center campuses. This role involves managing contracts, establishing programmatic standards, and driving continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven performance metrics.
Candidates must have extensive experience in QA/QC or commissioning for mission-critical construction projects and a strong background in vendor management. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required, along with proficiency in data center infrastructure and program oversight.
