Responsibilities
The Assistant Equipment Manager oversees all equipment operations for the Football program. This includes providing service to student-athletes and coaches while assisting the Head Equipment Manager in general athletic operations.
Requirements
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least two years of professional or collegiate athletic equipment room experience. Candidates must be AEMA certified or able to obtain certification within one year and possess a valid driver's license.
Reporting to the Head Equipment Manager for Football, the Assistant Equipment Manager provides excellent service to student-athletes, coaches, and institutional staff. The Assistant Equipment Manager assists in managing all aspects of athletic equipment operations. The Assistant Equipment Manager oversees all equipment operations for Football. The Assistant Equipment Manager also performs other duties as assigned.
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of experience professional or collegiate level athletic equipment room setting.Must be an active member of the AEMA or able to be certified within a year. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
