Intégré(e) au sein de l'équipe Opérations Horlogerie Joaillerie Europe, en lien avec les marchés, vous aidez à mettre en œuvre la stratégie de distribution des produits Horlogerie et Joaillerie sur l'ensemble des réseaux de distributions, vous garantissez la disponibilité des produits dans les points de vente et vous pilotez les stocks Europe en adéquation avec les objectifs Horlogerie Joaillerie Europe. De plus, vous accompagnerez l’équipe Merchandising sur la partie prévisions de ventes.

PILOTAGE DE L'ACTIVITE SUPPLY CHAIN
Force de proposition, vous aidez à l'automatisation des process existants dans une optique d'amélioration continue.
Vous suggérez des KPI adaptés à l'analyse de l'activité ou la mise en place de nouveaux outils d'aide à la décision.
Vous serez également en charge de préparer des analyses de l'activité Retail et Wholesale afin de préparer des plans d'actions adaptés.
GESTION DES STOCKS
Vous êtes en charge du stock d'Horlogerie Joaillerie Europe.
Vous répondez aux objectifs de niveau de stock et de respect de l'assortiment des points de vente.
Vous informez votre responsable des risques de rupture et de surstock.
Vous optimisez le stock en organisant des arbitrages d'allocation et des transferts pertinents entre les points de vente et vous assistez l'équipe dans la gestion des opérations exceptionnelles.
LANCEMENT NOUVEAUX PRODUITS
Vous planifiez en amont les lancements des nouveaux produits pour les différents réseaux de distribution.
Vous proposez un assortiment cible pour les points de vente Retail compte tenu des indicateurs clefs disponibles.
Vous surveillez la réception des produits et alertez votre responsable de leur disponibilité ou des risques de retard.
