OKCIC services include not only basic medical care but also dental, optometry, behavioral health, fitness, nutrition, and other family programs.

We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Child Therapist to provide high-quality mental health services to children and adolescents. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat a range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental concerns while partnering with families to support overall well-being. The ideal candidate is skilled in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, demonstrates strong communication and clinical judgment, and is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment for children to thrive.

Job duties include, but are not limited to
Conducts biopsychosocial assessments with diagnosis. Provides appropriate and competent individual, family, and group therapy for patients. Consults with direct supervisor and other providers regarding assessment, treatment, and case management services. Completes appropriate referrals and applications for patients in need of mental health and substance abuse services. Charts clinical data for diagnosis, treatment, referral, and accountability in a timely manner. May serve a role for specific grants that include grant duties. Conducts surveys and assessments necessary for proposed and/or maintaining grant funding. Participates in peer review for accountability and quality improvement. Provides educational presentations on behavioral health topics, as scheduled permits. Meets the average patient access number of 5 patients per day.
