The Kitchen Team Member is responsible for accurately cooking, building, and quality-controlling all food products while maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation. They must also provide extreme hospitality to guests and ensure all food is prepared according to standard recipes and portion sizes.
Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience in a similar capacity and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The role requires standing for long periods and the flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and evenings.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Accurately and efficiently cook, build, and quality control all food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Also perform other duties in the areas of food and quality control required, including product temperature, order accuracy, and timeliness of production/service. Provide EXTREME HOSPITALITY to create an exceptional and unique experience for all of our guests to work toward the long-term goal of creating lifelong fans.
