The Operations Associate manages early morning store functions including restocking merchandise, executing pricing updates, and unloading delivery trucks. They also support omnichannel efforts such as buy online pickup in store and maintain backroom organization standards.
Candidates should have 1-2 years of retail experience. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and execute merchandising plans with efficiency.
