The Payment Services Coordinator manages administrative tasks within the Electronic Services Department, including processing plastic cards, mobile banking, and electronic service adjustments. They also resolve card-related disputes, assist with online account creation, and provide support for ATM-related issues.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a financial institution or lending environment and possess a high school diploma or GED. Proficiency in Windows-based software and strong mathematical and organizational skills are required.
