Requires a Bachelor's in Nursing, an advanced healthcare degree, and ANCC Board Certification as a PMHNP. Must hold a valid state Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner license and active DEA and Furnishing licenses.

As a senior member of the clinical team, the Psych Nurse Practitioner provides direct psychiatric nurse practitioner care and medical treatment to members served.
Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP – 16 hours/week M-F 8:30-5pm onsite (Must work Tuesdays, other scheduled days are flexible M-F)
Expected Employee starting wage range - $85.32-$105.36/ hour
Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Based on the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) model, STRIDES of Alameda County is an intensive community support service for 100 individuals with severe mental illness (SMI), between the ages of 18-62, who are considered to be at great risk for psychiatric hospitalization.
