We deliver end-to-end solutions across the facility lifecycle, including design, prefabrication, installation, controls integration, and ongoing service. As one of the fastest-growing platforms in our space, we are focused on operational excellence, technical expertise, and building a high-performing team.
The Plumbing Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day management of large or complex construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards. This role builds upon the foundational responsibilities of Superintendent I by adding greater accountability for team leadership, resource planning, and project coordination across multiple scopes or trades.
Superintendent serves as the on-site leader for project execution, collaborating closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and field personnel to maintain operational efficiency and client satisfaction. This position requires travel.

Coordinate project activities across multiple trades to ensure quality workmanship and schedule adherence.
Lead and participate in project meetings, safety briefings, and coordination sessions.
Oversee installation, layout, and execution of major construction components such as HVAC, plumbing, or piping systems.
Monitor project progress, identify delays or constraints, and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct site inspections to verify safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
Scheduling, Procurement & Resource Management
Develop, update, and manage project schedules in coordination with Project Management.
Plan manpower needs and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet project goals.
Coordinate equipment, tools, and material deliveries to align with the project timeline.
Support procurement by forecasting field resource requirements and reporting shortages or inefficiencies.
Safety, Quality & Compliance
Enforce strict adherence to company safety standards, OSHA requirements, and site-specific safety plans.
Conduct regular safety meetings and site audits to ensure a zero-incident environment.
Review and enforce company QA/QC procedures throughout all phases of construction.
Ensure completed work meets contract specifications, drawings, and quality benchmarks.
Communication & Collaboration
Serve as the main point of contact between field operations, Project Management, and subcontractors.
Provide timely and accurate project updates, including daily reports and documentation.
Collaborate with Project Managers to resolve field challenges, manage change orders, and address schedule or budget impacts.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, GCs, inspectors, and partners.
Training & Leadership
Mentor and support Superintendent I and field staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Support onboarding and development of new field personnel.
Demonstrate professionalism and leadership in all interactions, both on and off the job site.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in construction or mechanical contracting, with 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
Master Plumber Licenses required.
OSHA 10, CPR, and First Aid certification required.
Aerial and/or tenching certifications preferred.

Proven ability to coordinate complex schedules, resolve conflicts, and meet deadlines.
Deep knowledge of safety regulations and best construction practices.
Experience with multi-trade coordination preferred.
Ability to work on active construction sites, including climbing ladders, lifting up to 75 lbs., and standing/walking for extended periods.
Must be able to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
