Join our team as a Resident Hair Specialist and help enrich the lives of seniors through compassionate, personalized care.
In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality hair services in a safe, welcoming environment tailored to the unique needs of our senior residents. But it’s about more than just hair, it’s about creating moments of dignity, connection, and confidence every day.
A Sign-on Bonus is available for this role. Please see the details and requirements below.
Bonus Amount and Payment Schedule
The Employee will be eligible to receive a total sign-on bonus of $1,000, to be paid in installments as follows:
· 25% ($250) after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period. To qualify, the Employee must:
o Complete the required CARES certification (if applicable),
o Demonstrate successful adherence to RSS paperwork protocols, and
o Effectively utilize RSS systems.
· 25% ($250) after completion of 6 months of employment with RSS. The Employee must be in good standing and have adhered to all RSS policies and protocols.
· 50% ($500) after completion of 1 year of employment with RSS. The Employee must remain in good standing and continue to meet all RSS performance expectations, policies, and protocols.
If the Employee is not in good standing, voluntarily resigns, or is terminated prior to completing one year of employment, RSS reserves the right to withhold unpaid bonus installments.
Recently after a color and style, a client at one of our salons looked at herself in the mirror and remarked, "You know, when I look good, I feel good!" Resident Salon Services has been in the business of helping residents of independent, assisted living, memory centers, and long-term care communities look and feel good for over 28 years. These services include all hair services, manicures, pedicures, esthetics, muscular therapy/massage, and facial waxing. We curretly service over 10,000 residents per week in 20 states.
