Provide individual and group therapy for patients with substance use disorders via telehealth within an Intensive Outpatient Program. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and collaborate with an integrated care team to develop and execute patient treatment plans.
Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or LCMHC in Tennessee with at least 2 years of experience in SUD therapy and 1 year in an IOP or PHP setting. Proficiency in evidence-based modalities like CBT, MI, and DBT is required.
