The Controller directs day-to-day accounting operations for a large multispecialty healthcare organization, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting and internal controls. This includes managing the general ledger, overseeing audits, and providing financial analysis to support organizational decision-making.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 7-10 years of progressive experience, including 3-5 years in a management role. A CPA designation and experience in healthcare accounting for organizations with revenues exceeding $100 million are strongly preferred.

The Controller is responsible for directing the day-to-day accounting operations of a large multispecialty healthcare organization with approximately $300 million in annual gross revenue. The Controller ensures the integrity of financial reporting, maintains strong internal controls, oversees accounting compliance, and manages all general accounting functions. The Controller works closely with operational leaders and finance leadership to ensure accurate financial information is available for organizational decision-making while supporting regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
Direct oversight of Accounting Team.
