The Slitter Operator is responsible for setting up and operating slitting equipment according to customer specifications and work orders. Key duties include measuring dimensions, aligning parts, and maintaining quality standards through regular inspections and documentation.
Candidates must be able to perform complete slitting setups and use precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and strict adherence to safety rules are required.
