The RN is responsible for the safe administration of biologic medications and other infusion therapies to patients with chronic and acute illnesses. Duties include performing patient assessments, documenting clinical findings, and collaborating with physicians to ensure quality care.
Candidates must hold an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a current, unrestricted RN license and BLS certification. Previous experience in nursing and infusion therapy is preferred, along with proficiency in EMR and MS Office.
Description
The TwelveStone Infusion Centers LLC, manages the Infusion needs of patient’s and maintains the continuum of care, from intake, assessment, and treatment through the completion of their visit. Our primary focus is the safe and effective administration of biologic medications (e.g., Remicade, Tysabri, etc.), but we also offer a full range of infusion services including, but not limited to, antibiotics, hydration, vitamins, iron, and steroids. On occasion there is a need for sterile dressing changes and lab draws.
We are currently hiring a Part-Time Registered Nurse for our infusion center located in Greenville, SC. You will be the RN responsible for safely and efficiently delivering infusion therapy to our customers suffering from chronic diseases and acute medical illnesses. We welcome RNs from all medical backgrounds with a positive attitude, preferably possessing outstanding IV skills, and requiring a license in the state of practice.
Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Associate degree in Nursing and current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice. Must have a current, CPR certification (BLS minimum, including hands-on/in-person assessment). Minimum of one years’ experience providing nursing care preferred. Infusion experience preferred; Telephone, MS Office and computer/keyboard skills required. Previous EMR experience preferred.

Chronic conditions include Multiple Sclerosis, Cystic Fibrosis, Hemophilia, Crohn’s Disease, Growth Deficiency, HIV, Leukemia, and many others. Services include: MEDIpack (Packaged Medication) Chronic Care Management Home Infusion and Medication Therapy Infusion Centers For patients, we provide medication support, peer advocates, and financial and health plan assistance. For providers, we simplify treatment for complex conditions by eliminating the administrative and clinical burdens placed on your practice when patients need innovative specialty medication.
