Lead the project team to complete mechanical installations on time while ensuring high quality, safety, and customer loyalty. Manage field personnel, coordinate with other trades and general contractors, and ensure adherence to mechanical code standards.
Requires at least 10 years of experience managing multimillion-dollar construction projects and an active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license. Proficiency in English, basic computer skills, and OSHA 30 certification are preferred.
