The Junior Supply Planner is responsible for planning material categories to ensure continuous production flow and on-time customer delivery. This includes managing MRP signals, tracking material shortages, and collaborating with global manufacturing locations to resolve supply challenges.
A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials Management, or Supply Chain Management is strongly preferred, or a high school diploma with equivalent experience. Candidates should have one to two years of professional experience in supply chain or operations and proficiency in MS Excel.

With design, sales and manufacturing locations in over 30 countries, Mini-Circuits’ products are used in a range of wired and wireless communications applications. Our products are also used in detection, measurement and imaging applications, including military communication, guidance and electronic countermeasure systems, commercial, scientific, military land, sea and aircraft, automotive systems, medical systems, and industrial test equipment.
Mini-Circuits’ sells its products to over 20,000 customers globally through our direct sales force, applications engineering staff, sales representatives, as well as through our extensive web site.
Under the supervision of the Supply Planning Manager, and/or a Supply Planner, the Junior Supply Planner will be responsible for the planning of identified material categories to support continuous production flow, identifying risks in supply, and working collaboratively with other departments to resolve supply challenges to support on-time delivery to our customers, while maintaining targeted inventory stocking levels. The Junior Supply Planner will collaborate across departments to expedite and ensure timely stock replenishment and to meet delivery performance objectives.
Salary Range: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
