The Project Manager will lead and deliver change initiatives across pricing, promotions, and trade planning teams to improve customer experience and commercial performance. Candidates must have experience delivering complex change programs and managing projects from planning through to implementation. Strong stakeholder management skills and experience within the food retail sector, specifically regarding pricing and promotions, are required.

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Value & Promotions team at Co-op. In this role, you'll lead and deliver change initiatives across our Price, Promo, Trade & Events Planning team. You’ll bring people together to improve the way we work and deliver better outcomes for our customers, colleagues and business.

This role plays a key part in delivering change that improves customer experience, supports commercial performance and helps reduce inefficiency across our pricing, promotions, trade planning and events activity. You'll ensure change is successfully embedded into day-to-day operations, with the right controls, ownership and governance in place to create lasting impact.
