The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and financial reporting. They are also responsible for coaching team members, managing schedules, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with open availability for weekends, holidays, and second or third shifts. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform physical tasks are required.

We’re searching for Assistant Managers who are dependable, driven, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves. Open availability is a must, and you should expect to work weekends, holidays, and primarily second or third shifts. Run the register and assist customers with speed, accuracy, and a great attitude.
Coach and motivate team members to consistently upsell products and promotions.
Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service and store success.
Open Availability: You must be available to work weekends, holidays, and likely second or third shifts.
Reliable Transportation: You must have a valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance to complete bank deposits.
Physical Readiness: Comfortable with tasks such as cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, and maintaining outside areas like pumps.
Minimum Age Requirement: 21+ years old
Communication Skills: Proficient in English with basic math skills.
