You set the tone for the entire patient experience: organized, warm, and professional from the very first call through every visit. This is a fast-paced, multi-tasking role where no two days look the same, and where your ability to stay calm, follow through, and take ownership makes a direct impact on patients and the clinical team.
•High School Diploma or GED
•1-2+ years of experience in a medical front desk, healthcare reception, physical therapy, chiropractic, dental, or similar clinical office setting.
•Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and follow-up skills
•Comfort using computers, phones, scheduling systems, electronic medical records, email, and basic spreadsheets
•Ability to discuss payments, scheduling expectations, and basic insurance information with professionalism
•A calm, patient-centered approach with strong attention to detail and a willingness to help the team
