The Production Supervisor plans and coordinates manufacturing activities to meet schedule requirements while supervising and coaching production employees. They are responsible for driving SQDCME metrics and maintaining a safe, clean work environment through continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or Technology and 2-3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing. Proficiency in lean manufacturing, OSHA compliance, and business software like SAP or ADP is preferred.

Supervises hourly coordinators and production employees while evaluating and coaching employees to improve performance. They are also expected to actively support the SQDCME Scorecard initiatives (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale, and Environment) in their respective area.
