The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintenance, and construction projects at a secure facility in Chantilly, Virginia. Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for a Program Manager in Chantilly, Virginia. This position involves assisting in planning, organizing, coordinating, directing and controlling all contract functions between EMCOR and the customer, The Peterson Company, at a secure site in Northern Virginia. Responsible for daily operations and maintenance, and reimbursable projects under the contract. Assists in oversight of the contract budget; supervision of project personnel, supervision of new construction and remodeling of facilities; repair and maintenance, and systematic inspection, planning, and accomplishing repairs to facilities.
Directly supervises Chief Engineer and Project Staff
The individual must be able to walk throughout a large facility to include climbing stairs, entering machinery room spaces, confined space entry and other physical tasks associated with running a multi-building complex.

Pay Range: $140,000 - $160,000 per year
