The day includes identifying the needs of customers, envisioning improved future states or solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and integrate relevant information. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business challenges and opportunities is a key part of daily activities, enabling the design of effective and efficient business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
- Document and communicate business processes and workflows clearly to stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of business solutions by liaising between business and technical teams.
- Assist in identifying risks and opportunities within business processes and propose mitigation strategies.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter BA.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
- Experience in process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter BA.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
