The Sourcing Lead manages the strategic direction of global sourcing for new product introductions, including negotiating contracts and executing RFQs. They are responsible for performing supply chain risk analysis and driving cost reduction initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management is required, along with 4 years of experience supporting new product introductions. Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries is highly preferred.
Required Qualification:
