The Brow and Beauty Expert is responsible for achieving individual retail sales targets and providing professional brow services such as waxing and tinting. They must also maintain counter hygiene, collaborate with the team, and actively participate in promotional events to drive customer engagement.
Candidates must have 2-4 years of prior customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment with a strong focus on sales. The role requires flexible availability, including weekends, late nights, and holidays, along with a passion for beauty and makeup.
As a Brow and Beauty Expert, you'll be instrumental in achieving sales targets and creating exceptional customer experiences.
