Mechanics are responsible for the maintenance and repair of construction vehicles and large equipment, including small gas and diesel engines. They also perform preventative maintenance, manage inventory records, and coordinate repair schedules with operations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and general knowledge of construction equipment. A valid driver's license with a clean record is required, along with an existing CDL or the willingness to obtain a Class A CDL.
