The Facility Project Manager is responsible for overseeing stationary engineers at a 24/7 site, ensuring contract performance, and managing service requests. They must also inspect maintenance procedures, train personnel, and ensure all operations meet customer quality and cost-effectiveness standards.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience managing service or construction projects of similar scope, specifically within mission-critical government operations. A high school diploma is required, though a bachelor's degree is preferred.
