The specialist will identify, track, and control government and contractor assets while maintaining accurate inventory records. They are responsible for overseeing the receipt, delivery, and disposition of equipment and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure efficient property movement.
Candidates must have experience managing government equipment, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with property management systems like AssetSmart or PIEE. A Secret clearance and the ability to lift 50lbs are mandatory requirements for this position.
Identify, track, and control government and contractor acquired assets and maintain inventory records. Oversee the receipt, delivery, transfer, or disposition of assets in accordance with applicable government regulations using current technology. Demonstrate initiative and effective follow-though. Apply expertise in configuration management, life cycle support, document control, database management, and logistics engineering for hardware. Maintain receivables and protection of goods, and collaborate with Government Furnished Property (GFP) staff and the receiving manager to ensure the efficient and effective movement of both Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and GFP property. Maintain responsibility for assembling data and updating and maintaining up-to-date inventory of all GFP and GFE. Transport equipment, including servers weighing up to 50lbs, to mailroom for shipment.
Experience managing government equipment

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
