The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for contract performance, overseeing task order execution, budget, schedule, and quality. Candidates must have at least 14 years of project management experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent. An active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph is required, along with expertise in SAFe methodologies and software development in classified environments.

Clearance Required: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
Location: National Capital Region (NCR) or San Antonio, TX
Nightwing is seeking a Project Manager/Task Order Lead to serve as the primary point of contact and authority for all contract performance matters. This position requires demonstrated experience managing software development efforts utilizing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies in support of mission-critical government programs. The PM is responsible for overall task order execution, resource management, deliverable coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Must have authority to resolve performance issues and ensure all contractual obligations are met within established timelines.
Salary & Benefits
The salary associated with this position ($122,000-$253,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.Nightwing offers medical, vision and dental insurance coverage in addition to a 401k plan, PTO, Holidays, and additional insurances.
