Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Officer - Flex. The Security Officer - Flex will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, Education, Finance and more. As a Security Professional Flex Officer, you’ll use our exclusive shift-pickup platform to view and claim open shifts based on your availability - giving you the freedom to build a schedule that works for you, while gaining valuable site experience across various industries. The Security Professional Flex Officer may be called upon to work irregular shifts at times with little to no advance notice.
Location: Fort Collins, CO
Pay: $20.29 an hour
This position requires flexibility to work various shifts, locations, and schedules based on operational needs. Responsibilities include managing access control procedures, monitoring and staffing front desk reception areas, issuing and maintaining employee and visitor badges, conducting interior and exterior security patrols, responding to alarms and emergency situations, and maintaining a strong security presence throughout the facility. Officers will interact regularly with employees, contractors, and visitors while ensuring adherence to site security protocols and customer service standards.
