The Therapist provides substance use treatment and case management services for patients within a Department of Corrections program. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, conducting therapeutic sessions, and maintaining clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience in health and human services. Additional requirements include passing criminal background checks, a drug screen, and obtaining CPR/First Aid certification.

Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) has an outstanding opportunity for a Full-time Therapist who is responsible for providing substance use treatment and case management services for assigned patients in our Department of Corrections program, Back on Track, in Erie, PA. This position receives regular supervision and instruction.
