The Sous Chef manages daily kitchen shifts, including scheduling, planning, and controlling costs of goods to meet financial goals. They are responsible for maintaining kitchen cleanliness, leading the culinary team, and ensuring high-quality food preparation from scratch.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of high-volume culinary management experience and a working understanding of business operations and financials. Physical ability to work long shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate kitchen machinery is required.
