The I&E Supervisor provides technical leadership to the I&E group and manages the planning, scheduling, and execution of instrumentation and electrical maintenance work. They are responsible for building reliability plans, ensuring safety compliance, and collaborating with engineering and operations to minimize downtime.
Candidates must have at least 10 years of instrumentation and electrical experience along with 10 years of leadership or supervisory experience. A high school diploma or GED is required, and proficiency in electrical systems, maintenance programs, and safety regulations is essential.

How You Will Make an Impact:
The I&E Supervisor provides technical leadership to the I&E group and owns the planning, scheduling, and execution of instrumentation and electrical maintenance work. This role builds reliability plans for power systems, directs preventive, predictive, and critical repair activities, and keeps operations running by minimizing downtime while managing costs. The I&E Supervisor partners closely with Engineering, Operations, and Safety on projects and expansions, and ensures the team executes in full compliance with safety management programs and regulatory requirements.
