Provide support to individuals in their homes and communities to maximize self-help skills in daily living, coping, and mental health. Responsibilities include monitoring medical conditions, documenting behavior, and assisting with employment readiness and screenings.
Candidates must have specific behavioral science coursework and 2,000 hours of experience, or 4,000 hours of direct service experience with individuals with mental illness or developmental disabilities. Additional training per section 245I.05 is required before providing direct contact services.

Starting wage is $27 per hour.
