Lead the development and execution of a sales plan to win new business for supply chain commerce technology in Germany. Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity qualification and resource coordination to contract negotiation and closure.
Candidates should be fluent in German and English with a bachelor's degree in logistics, engineering, computer science, or a related field. Experience in Cloud/SaaS sales and selling complex Supply Chain solutions (WMS, TMS, or Omni Channel) is required.

To take a leadership role in proactively developing and winning new business for Manhattan Associates primarily in Germany. This is a stand-alone role and the successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of Manhattan sales plan.
What is exciting about this role is the responsibility of selling into Germany largest retail, wholesale and Industry accounts the best WMS/TMS/OMS solutions on the market, uniquely positioned as leaders in the Gartner Magic quadrant and Forrester wave, uniquely all cloud native, versionless, extensible. These solutions are already used and deployed by leading German companies, in their home market and globally.
Responsibility for the full sales cycle including; opportunity qualification, co-ordination and management of all resources required to sell, corporate sales methodology and processes, the decision–making process, contract negotiation and sales closure
Driving the development and execution of the sales plan, including appropriate market development and account sales strategies.
The territory is primarily Germany, but assignment to accounts outside of Germany is possible.
Fantastic potential for a strategic sales leader who will enjoy the support of local expert , experienced solution consultants and professional services teams to sell as a team.
Building and managing strong relationships with key stakeholders and counterparts within the business
Developing a deep knowledge of potential prospect’s businesses (including economic drivers, opportunities and priorities) in order to articulate the value proposition of Manhattan products and services
Understanding competitor offerings and positioning in order to differentiate Manhattan products and services
Working closely with other departments in order to ensure seamless post-sales / implementation handover and documentation
Ideally Have:
Fluent in German and English.
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, engineering, computer science, mathematics or equivalent through business experience
Experience working with WMS. Omni Channel or TMS
Cloud/SaaS sales experience
Experience of selling complex Supply Chain solutions
