As a Customer Experience Banker, you will provide exemplary customer service while processing transactions and educating customers on banking products. You will also proactively identify financial goals and needs to retain and grow customer relationships.
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or military service. Preferred qualifications include experience in banking or financial services and cash handling skills.

Our branch colleagues have an opportunity to share ideas and voice opinions that directly impact our customers, our bank, and our communities for the better. As a Customer Experience Banker, you are a Financial Concierge for our walk-in customers. You are responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit, loan and other banking products and services. You will process customer transactions accurately and efficiently in order to provide exemplary customer service while educating customers on bank products, services and technology.
Licenses: This position will be subject to additional background check requirements including being required to provide fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
