Provide one-to-one pediatric speech therapy sessions and conduct weekly evaluations while maintaining strong relationships with clients and caregivers. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team of OTs, PTs, and BCBAs to deliver comprehensive client care.
Requires a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC-SLP certification, and a Colorado DORA SLP license. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience and BLS/CPR certification.

At Woven Care, we are a pediatric outpatient practice intentionally built so experienced clinicians can focus on what they do best: client care, mentorship, and building the next chapter of their career. Our goal is to hire and retain the best team, and we know to do that, we have to do things differently: our clinicians have autonomy over their schedules and compensation models, we work in a true interdisciplinary model; and we invest in our team’s growth through every stage of their careers. We know how to support clinicians because 100% of our clinical leadership team started at Woven Care as therapists!
Day to day, you can expect 30-minute one-to-one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships, two evaluations per week, and built-in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge.
Salary ($90,000–$122,000) or pay-per-billed-hour ($35–$43.20/visit, $120/eval, $35–$36/meeting hour). We'll walk through the models and let you choose. Performance incentives up to $9,000 annually, plus a 2% bilingual increase.
