Candidates should be current students or recent graduates with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical skills. Proficiency with AI tools and experience in fast-paced environments like startups or consulting is a plus.

We are building our company hands-on, fast and with big ambitions. That means you won’t be watching from the sidelines. You will work directly with the founders and our team on the topics that actually move the business forward.
From e-commerce and operations to automation, processes and new projects, you will get a front-row seat to what it really takes to build and scale a consumer company.
As a Founder’s Associate Intern, you will work closely with our founding team for 3–6 months and support us wherever you can create the most impact.
This is not a traditional internship. You will take ownership of your own projects, solve real problems and help us build better structures, smarter processes and stronger brands.
Some days will be strategic. Others will be deeply operational. Most will be both.
We are not looking for the perfect CV. We are looking for someone who learns fast, takes ownership and gets things done.
You might be a great fit if you:
Previous experience in a startup, consulting, venture capital, e-commerce or another fast-paced environment is a plus, but not a requirement.
You won’t work next to the founding team. You’ll work with us.
From day one, you will get real responsibility and direct exposure to the decisions, challenges and opportunities involved in building and scaling a young company. You will work across topics that would be spread across multiple departments in a larger organization.
We move fast, keep decision-making short and give you the space to make things happen. If you have a good idea, we don’t want to discuss it for three weeks. We want to figure out how to make it happen.
Our standards are high, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We believe in friendship and real teamwork, constant progress and the willingness to attack ambitious goals together.
