Operate and maintain wastewater treatment systems, including DAF systems and chemical feed equipment, to ensure regulatory compliance. Monitor process performance, collect samples, and perform routine maintenance to support plant sustainability and environmental stewardship.
Requires a high school diploma, with an associate degree or technical training in environmental or industrial technology preferred. Candidates should ideally have 1-3 years of experience in industrial wastewater operations and the ability to obtain a Wastewater Operator Certification.

Responsible for the operation, monitoring, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of the wastewater treatment system supporting dairy manufacturing operations. Ensures all wastewater treatment processes are operated safely, efficiently, and in compliance with environmental permits and regulatory requirements. Supports plant sustainability initiatives through effective wastewater management, process optimization, and environmental stewardship while maintaining accurate operational records and promoting a safe work environment.

$26.00-$33.00 per hour*
* The salary range listed for this position represents the good faith and reasonable minimum and maximum pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, training, knowledge, education, and overall qualifications. The posted salary range reflects just one component of our total rewards package.
