The Adoption Recruiter is responsible for finding permanent families for children in foster care using evidence-based recruitment strategies. They must build therapeutic relationships with children and key stakeholders while maintaining accurate records and conducting regular home visits.
Candidates must have an Associate's degree in human services or a related field, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Extensive experience in foster care and a valid driver's license are required.
