The Team Leader oversees the revenue cycle management process, including patient intake, insurance collection, and medical records processing for a behavioral healthcare program. They are responsible for supervising staff, managing billing error reports, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
Candidates should ideally possess a two-year degree in finance, education, or administration and have significant leadership experience in managing billing staff. Expertise in Medicaid billing, coding, and automated billing systems is strongly desired.

To support the mission of Helio Health, Inc. the Revenue Cycle Management Team Leader will oversee and support a team that receives patients, collects insurance and other information to ensure payment for services, and process medical records and clinical data necessary to manage services rendered by the Agency. This particular RCM Team Leader position will oversee our Syracuse based CCBHC Outpatient Program.
Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $71,000.00
In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, Full-Time hires for this position are eligible for a Sign-On Incentive up to $1,500.00!
