As our new Mechanical Process Lead, you will be working closely with Project Managers and other Consultants doing Engineering Design. This is an excellent career opportunity to work with an expert consulting team on challenging environmental projects for industrial, commercial, and global clients. You will help deliver innovative, inspiring, and sustainable solutions that set new standards and make a genuine difference to our clients, the environment, and society.
A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 15+ years of qualifying engineering experience in the Wastewater Treatment engineering design or allied field developing detailed process mechanical designs; OR
· An Associate’s Degree or technical school certification in civil or mechanical technology, technical drafting, or other relevant technical curriculum and 20+ years of qualifying engineering experience working in the Wastewater Treatment engineering or allied design field developing detailed process mechanical designs.
· Equivalent education and experience in allied fields will be considered.
· Currently active Professional Engineer (PE) License.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 per year. This range reflects the compensation we reasonably expect to offer at the time of posting. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and internal equity. Because we operate across multiple U.S. markets, pay may differ depending on the cost of labor in specific locations. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for bonus, overtime or other forms of compensation and we offer a comprehensive benefits package that supports well-being, professional development, and work-life balance.
