The LPN provides medical and counseling services as part of a multi-disciplinary team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Key duties include monitoring client medical status, implementing medical orders, and documenting treatment plans.
Candidates must be a Licensed Practical Nurse registered by the New York State Education Department. Experience in substance abuse treatment and basic computer skills are preferred or required.

To support the mission of Helio Health, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will work in a variety of clinical settings providing medical and counseling services as a member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will work on a Full-time basis out of Helio Health’s Inpatient Rehabilitation Program.
We are seeking LPNs for the Evening Shift 4pm-12:30am with alternating weekends. For example: Week 1 is Non, Tues, Weds, Thurs, Sat. Week 2 is Sun, Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri.
In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, all Full-Time LPNs are eligible for a Sign-On incentive up to $4,000!
Pay Rate: $24.03 - $27.50 per hour.
