The Residential Electrical Foreman supports operational excellence by coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and field personnel to ensure high-quality project execution. They are responsible for maintaining safety standards, accurate documentation, and meeting customer expectations on active job sites.
Candidates should have 2-4 years of relevant experience and possess strong organizational and communication skills. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and a Journeyman license is highly desired.
