The Project Manager oversees the development and implementation of Multi-Family installed jobs by coordinating between the office and the field. They are responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, submittals, and ensuring all safety and contract requirements are met.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in Commercial Multi-Family construction project management and a solid understanding of job site processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to read blueprints are required, while knowledge of PlanSwift software is considered a plus.
A Carter Lumber Installed Sales Construction Project Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and management for Multi-Family installed jobs. This is accomplished by keeping lines of communication and information open between the office and the field to ensure production is accurate and timely. Works closely with the Field Superintendent to determine the strategic direction of an installed Multi-Family project. Effective communication with the field and internal departments are mandatory for the success of this position.
