The Role:
Emergent is one of the fastest-growing AI products on the planet, and the story we tell has to move as fast as the product does. As Senior Creative Strategist, you'll own the big creative ideas that make Emergent impossible to ignore: the campaign concepts, content IPs, and creative formats that cut through across organic social, paid media, and everything in between. You'll sit at the intersection of brand, growth, and content, turning positioning into ideas and ideas into work that millions of entrepreneurs and business owners actually stop to watch, read, and share.

What You'll Do:

• Own creative strategy end-to-end: develop campaign concepts, content IPs, and format innovations that bring Emergent's positioning to life across organic social, paid, video, and in-product surfaces
• Turn product truths and customer insights into big ideas. Deeply understand Emergent's platform, AI products, and the vibe coding ecosystem, and translate that into creative that resonates
• Lead creative development for major campaigns and launches, from brief and concept through execution, working hand-in-hand with copywriters, designers, and video creators
• Build a repeatable creative testing engine for paid and organic: form hypotheses, ship variants, read the data, and double down on what works
• Research trends, communities, culture, and competitor creative to keep Emergent ahead of the curve, and spot whitespace others miss
• Use AI tools aggressively across research, ideation, scripting, and production to multiply the volume and quality of creative output
• Partner across teams: work with Product Marketing on messaging, Growth on funnel and channel performance, and Brand and Content on craft and consistency

Who You Are:

• 8+ years in creative strategy, brand strategy, or creative-led marketing at a high-growth tech company, agency, or media brand, with a portfolio of campaigns or content IPs that shipped and performed
• A big-idea thinker who can also execute. You move fluidly from insight to concept to brief to finished asset, and you make the work better at every step
• Fluent in internet culture. You know why things go viral, you can deconstruct what makes creative work on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and short-form video, and you have strong instincts for what will resonate before the data comes in
• Data-informed and opinionated. You form a point of view, pressure-test it against performance, and iterate without ego
• You adopt and apply AI into your daily workflows to 10x your impact and output. You're not curious about AI in the abstract, you ship with it every day
• Comfortable with technical concepts. You can understand how AI agents work well enough to make them the hero of a story, and you're excited by products that didn't exist 18 months ago
• Self-driven and proactive. You take ownership without waiting for instructions, and you can run multiple workstreams on tight deadlines without dropping balls
• You care deeply about craft: the intersection of copy, visuals, and storytelling, down to the frame, the hook, and the headline
